This BOPP Labelerrequires negligible cleaning time as the hot wax is only collected in the Gluemelt unit and the wax is sprinkled in dot form on the labels which is sucked byvacuum on the drum. No cleaning of nozzles as the wax automatically heats upwhen the unit is started for application, so No blockage of wax in the nozzles.

Tailor made for speed of 60 bottles/min to 120 bottles/mindepending on the diameter of the bottle. With change parts the machine can rundifferent diameter size bottles.
